Sometimes the right solution is not another subscription. WhateverDeli accepts selected work where a focused digital system can remove a real operational burden or replace an oversized software package.

We begin with the job, the user and the boundary. The proposal states what will be built, what will not, who owns it and how it will be maintained.

We do not sell transformation theatre or compressed schedules. We define the smallest responsible scope, state the boundaries clearly, and build from there.
