WhateverDeli began in hospitality, where software is judged during service rather than in a presentation. Recurring problems in purchasing, administration, staffing, reviews and guest communication led to focused internal tools. Some remained private. Others grew into products with a wider use. "Deli" means a curated counter of useful things: businesses and tools that earn their place through real use. The result is one operating house with several distinct customer journeys, held together by a common standard: solve the real problem, remove what does not earn its place, and keep the result understandable.

WhateverDeli remains the parent company and operating house. Rice Paddy is the founding business—the first operating cell from which the independent work grew.

WhatEver Deli Co., Ltd. is the legal entity name used for legal reference.
